Our client was reportedly driving a motorcycle down Dewey Street and was crossing the intersection at Dewey and Tennessee Street when a marked patrol car noticed that the driver did not have any lights on. When the officer decided to pull over our client, he became suspicious that the driver may be under the influence of some sort of substance and then decided to conduct a field sobriety test. After our client failed to pass the numerous exercises given during the sobriety test, the officer placed him under arrest for driving under the influence and also wrote a citation for not having any lights on.
