Facts

A marked patrol car was driving down a street in Mariana, Florida when the officer noticed a silver vehicle pull out of a gas station and got in front of the officer that was in the patrol car. The officer proceeded to follow the silver vehicle when he noticed the drier would daze into the other lane and would daze off the side of the rad into grass on the other side. The officer pulled over the vehicle after realizing the driver was not able to stay in one lane. When the officer approached our client he noticed a strong smell of alcohol on his breathe and noticed how he was speaking with a heavy tongue and slurring his words so the officer decided to conduct a field sobriety test. After the officer made our client perform a numerous amount of exercises, he noticed our client wasn’t able to follow the directions and was not able to pass the sobriety test. Mr. Edison was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Outcome

Plea to lesser charges. Probation and community service.
